Damaged artworks
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

the damage
the external and internal packaging
Once the damage has been confirmed, I will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
A full refund will be issued once the artwork has been safely returned to me.
Change of mind
Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
The artwork must be returned using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds will be processed once the artwork has been safely received and inspected.
